In this document, "8 tbajee", "we", "our" and "platform" refer to 8 tbajee's online gaming and sports betting service. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual registered on the platform who is using the service personally.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 8 tbajee receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and bets — 8 tbajee reserves the right to exclude specific games or markets from wagering.
• The validity period of a bonus is stated at the time of announcement; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is prohibited.

6.1 Bet Validity

All bets at 8 tbajee are settled according to the rules of the relevant game or sports event. If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, 8 tbajee reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned. If a match is abandoned before completion (before 90 minutes or the scheduled duration), the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Multi Bet

A full payout on a multi bet is paid only if all selections are correct. If one selection loses, the entire multi bet is considered lost. The total odds of a multi bet are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection together.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during a live match. Before a bet is confirmed, the system checks the current odds — if the odds have changed by the time of approval, the bet may be accepted at the new odds or cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8 tbajee. If any of these are proven, the relevant account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited:

1. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
2. Using software or bots to place automated bets.
3. Attempting to manipulate games or the betting system.
4. Accessing another member's account without authorisation.
5. Using funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
6. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
7. Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

8.1 Temporary Suspension

8 tbajee may temporarily suspend any account due to suspicious activity or security concerns. During this time, deposits, withdrawals, and betting will be temporarily unavailable. The member will be notified by email.

8.2 Permanent Closure

An account may be permanently closed for serious breaches of the terms and conditions. If a valid balance (excluding bonuses) exists, it may be considered for return subject to verification.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the 8 tbajee support team. A self-exclusion request can also be made in accordance with the Responsible Gaming policy.
